So I have progressed with my goal to be a runner. I told myself to wake up early this morning to go to the gym to run.
I woke up at 7 AM today; didn’t hit the snooze button once (go me).
I than proceeded to drive to the gym, found a treadmill, and hopped on like a person on a mission; a mission for greatness.
I ended running every 7 minutes with a 1-minute walk in between runs for 32 minutes total. Afterwards I walked the rest of the time I was on the treadmill.
I than my normal weight lifting, ab crunching, thigh reduction, and leg presses. 7 minutes is a lot, especially when I could barely run for 1 minute straight without being out of breath.
I am one step closer, I am proud of myself for not giving up, never thought I could be this motivated to do something positive in life.
